Return & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Sherlocks Pubs Private Limited, we strive to deliver exceptional dining and hospitality experiences. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and modifications are processed for reservations, event bookings, and related services.

2. Table Reservations

  • Table reservation cover charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
  • Guests may reschedule reservations up to 24 hours prior to the booking time, subject to availability.
  • No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

3. Event Bookings & Ticketed Nights

  • Tickets purchased for special events, DJ nights, performances, or themed parties are strictly non-refundable.
  • In case of event cancellation by Sherlocks Pubs Private Limited, guests will be offered:
    • A full refund, or
    • Credit valid for a future event.

4. Private & Corporate Bookings

  • Advance payments made for private parties, corporate events, or group bookings are non-refundable.
  • Date changes may be accommodated if requested at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.
  • Cancellation within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the advance amount.

5. Food & Beverage Orders

  • Once orders are placed and prepared, they cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:
    • Incorrect items were served, or
    • There was a verified quality issue.

All such concerns must be reported immediately to on-site management.

6. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

Where refunds are approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Amount will be credited via the original payment method.
  • Payment gateway or bank charges (if any) may be deducted.

7. Force Majeure

Sherlocks Pubs Private Limited shall not be liable for refunds due to cancellations arising from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Government restrictions
  • Weather disruptions
  • Law & order situations
  • Pandemic regulations

In such cases, credits or rescheduling options may be provided at management discretion.

8. Policy Acceptance

By making a reservation, purchasing event tickets, or booking services with Sherlocks Pubs Private Limited, guests agree to this Return & Refund Policy in full.
